By using propfirms.now ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
propfirms.now is an independent quantitative scoring engine for proprietary trading firms. We score, rank, and compare firms using a transparent 11-factor methodology. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by any prop firm.
What this site is not
- We are not a prop firm. We do not fund traders, accept deposits, or run evaluations.
- We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
- We are not a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary in any jurisdiction.
- We do not assume any fiduciary duty to you.
Information accuracy
We update firm data weekly against each firm's official site. Despite our best effort, firms change rules, prices, and discount codes without notice. Always verify the current terms on the firm's own website before paying for an evaluation. We accept no liability for outdated or incorrect information.
Affiliate relationships
Many of our outbound links are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for an evaluation, we may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you. Commission rates do not influence the composite score. Every firm we list is evaluated against the same 11-factor scoring system. See our methodology for details.
License and attribution
Our original content (scoring methodology, composite scores, factor scores, comparative analysis, written commentary) is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may reuse it with attribution to "propfirms.now" and a link back to the source page. Our public REST API at /wp-json/pfn/v1/firms is governed by the same license.
Firm logos, trademarks, and proprietary content shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification under nominative fair use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape the site at a rate that disrupts other users (humans are welcome; abusive bots are not). For bulk access, use the public REST API.
- Impersonate propfirms.now or misrepresent your relationship with us.
- Use our scores, badges, or trademarks in marketing material without prior written permission.
- Attempt to compromise the site's security or integrity.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Trading is risky. Proprietary trading evaluations are not investment products. You may lose the evaluation fee. Past payouts at any firm do not guarantee future payouts. Read each firm's official terms before paying.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any prop firm you discover through the site. Total cumulative liability is capped at the lesser of (a) the affiliate commission we received from your specific referral, or (b) USD 50.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your conduct with third-party prop firms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction.
Termination
We may at any time, without notice, restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms or whose conduct we believe may harm other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes are announced in the site footer for 30 days. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
